Erin
Langille,
Founder
Erin has spent twenty years at the intersection of humans and technology in healthcare. Not as an observer. As the person leaders called when the stakes were highest. She founded Élan Consiglieri because the leaders who change things deserve an advisor who has been in the room.
Her career has been defined by one through-line: helping exceptional people lead more completely. As a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and force multiplier, she has worked alongside C-suite executives navigating complexity, coached emerging leaders finding their footing, and built highly motivated teams anchored in cultures where candid leadership, joy in work, and human flourishing are core operating principles, not mere aspirations.
At UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 3 company, Erin served in VP roles across operations and strategy, including Chief of Staff to the Consumer COO, where she drove cross-organizational partnerships, advanced an innovation agenda, championed health equity, and raised the standard for customer experience at scale.
Before joining corporate, she helped grow startups in health informatics and digital academic medicine, learning early that transformational work requires both vision and the discipline to execute it.
Erin holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Brandeis University.
The right advisor at the right moment changes what leaders believe is possible.
That’s exactly why Élan Consiglieri was created.
